The privacy of our customers and website visitors is very important to us, and we are determined to protect it. International data transfer

  2. Information we collect may be transferred to the following countries that may lack data protection laws similar to those in force in the European Economic Area: USA, Australia and England.

Preservation of personal information

  3. Without prejudice to the above article, we will usually delete personal data that falls into the categories below at the date and time listed below: 
    • personal data type will be deleted after 3 months after closing account.
  4. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we will retain documents (including electronic documents) that contain personal information:
    1. insofar as we are obliged to do so by law;
    2. if we believe the documents may be relevant to ongoing or future court proceedings; and
    3. to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including disclosing information to others for the purpose of fraud prevention and credit risk reduction).

  2. We will store all personal information you provide on our secure (password and firewall protected) servers.
  3. All electronic financial transactions made via our website are protected by encryption technology.
  4. You acknowledge that the transmission of information via the Internet is in itself insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent via the Internet.
  5. You are responsible for keeping the password you use to access our website confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our website).

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a file that contains an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the web browser.   • in Internet Explorer (version 10) you can block cookies using the settings to cancel cookie management by clicking on "Tools", "Internet Options", "Privacy" and then "Advanced";
  • in Firefox (version 24) you can block all cookies by clicking on "Tools", "Settings", "Privacy & security", select "Custom content blocking" and click on "All cookies"; and
  • In Chrome (version 29), you can block all cookies by opening the "Settings" menu and clicking on "Website settings" under "Privacy and security" and then unchecking "Allow websites to save and read cookies".
Blocking all cookies will have a negative impact on the usefulness of many websites. If you block cookies, you will not be able to use all functions on our website.

You can delete cookies that have already been stored on your computer - for example:
  • in Internet Explorer (version 10) you must manually remove cookies (you can find instructions for doing so at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835);
  • in Firefox (version 24), you can delete cookies by clicking on "Tools", "Settings", "Privacy & security" and then selecting "Clear data" under "Cookies and website data"; and

What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (DSF, or GDPR from the English General Data Protection Regulation) is a set of laws created to protect the personal data of EU citizens. The Council of the European Union, the European Parliament and the European Commission joined forces to help people gain better control over their personal data. It was officially approved by the European Parliament in 2016, and the EU granted a two-year period for companies and organizations to comply with the new rules. From 25 May 2018, all companies that do not comply with the new GDPR laws will break the law.
